Job Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
- Coordinate design revisions and updates with the project and engineering teams
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and construction standards
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior drafters when required
- Conduct site visits and measurements for drafting and drawing verification purposes
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing records throughout the project lifecycle
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in construction drafting or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent drafting software
- Good understanding of construction methods, engineering concepts, and technical drawings
- Able to read and interpret construction and design plans accurately
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Associate's Degree, Diploma, or certification in Drafting, Engineering, or related discipline preferred
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on building or infrastructure projects
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
- Familiarity with Singapore construction standards is an advantage
