Job Description
Our Client, a well renowned global Consumer Brand, is seeking to hire an elite executive to step into a high-impact, dual-engine role: Senior Director, Supply Chain, APAC. Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Asia Pacific, you will influence and drive the regional P&L.
Overseeing the Asia Pacific teams—spanning Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics & Order Fulfilment, Indirect Procurement, Master Data, and Regulatory Affairs—the leader will architect strategies and establish agile processes that adapt to changing travel market dynamics, omni-channel expansions, and global macroeconomic conditions.
The Mandate
- Own the APAC P&L Engine: Masterfully balance customer service levels, optimal cash flow, and hyper-efficient cost-to-serve structures.
- Direct the establishment, updates,and compliance monitoring of global TravelRetail supply policies, guidelines, internal controls, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Oversee supply chain management reporting and serve as the core liaison for business performance insightsand strategic analysisacross China and regional TravelRetail entities
- Drive globalcore supply chain KPIs, including Forecast Accuracy, Order Fill Rate, Service Levels, excess & obsolete (E&O) inventory management, and customer satisfaction.
- Directly lead and optimizeAPAC regional operations across Demand &Supply Planning, Order Fulfillment, Logistics, Master Data, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Direct vendormanagement and commercial contract negotiations with key 3PL/4PLpartners and logistics service providers.
- Lead globaland regional supplychain transformation initiatives to build end-to-end network resilience, agility, and productivity.
- Champion the implementation and continuous improvement of modern forecasting tools, advanced supply chain planning systems, and process automation.
- Deepen cross-functional capability development acrossplanning, indirect procurement, regulatory compliance, and customer service teams.
- Build, mentor,and motivate high-performing teams to fosteran innovative, goal-driven, and agile organizational culture.
Your Profile
- You are a highly experienced Supply Chain professional, possessing a stellar leadership track record within fast-paced, premium consumer goods environments across the Asia Pacific region.
- You bridge the gap between heavy operational logistics, complex regulatory frameworks, and commercial growth strategies.
- Planning & Systems: Proven track record in demand and supply planning, including hands-on experience leading softwareselection, implementation, and adoption of advanced forecasting and planning tools.
- You have deep experience managing premium vendors, global creative agencies, and large-scale 3PL contracts, setting up greenfield Distribution Hubs and centralised Demand/Supply Planning COEs.
- You excel at advising C-suite executives and aligning cross-functional market leaders toward a unified vision.
- A strategic Leader who unhesitatingly rolls up their sleeves to investigate issues and craft solutions, your team looks up to you as an inspiring mentor and talent developer.
