Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field from a good university
- At least 12 years of progressive leadership with strong exposure to Networks and proven track record managing complex, large-scale cross-functional Networks programmes
- Reports directly to the Chief Technology Officer, leading and coordinating large-scale, complex transformation programmes.
- Ensures strong execution through disciplined programme management, including proactive risk and issue mitigation.
- Delivers high-quality reporting with clear, actionable insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Influences and aligns senior stakeholders, including Vice Presidents and cross-functional leaders, without direct authority.
- Supports enterprise-wide business planning by driving performance improvement initiatives and execution of key programmes.
- Contributes to project prioritisation, and oversees operational performance and compliance.
- Develops and maintains dashboards, timelines, and financial scorecards to provide visibility on progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Collaborates extensively across the organisation, driving alignment, transformation, and continuous improvement.
- Requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and deep domain expertise to bridge strategy and execution effectively.
- Balances strategic leadership, operational discipline, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of critical initiatives.
