Make an Impact by:

  • Mentor and lead the account & ISAM team. Guide and ensure smooth daily operation in key accounts.
  • To manage an increased portfolio of BR.
  • To drive new product service portfolio including FTTX, Quantum, Mobile API to increase Singtel wallet share in key accounts.
  • To drive 5G engagement and adoption for key segments including aviation, manufacturing, logistics and others.
  • Foster and build good customer relationship at all levels for revenue growth and customer retention.
  • Identify reciprocal businesses and areas of co-operation whenever there are opportunities.
  • Grow and expand new logos in international data.

 

Skills for Success:

  • Degree in Business/IT.
  • 10+ years experiences in Customer Engagement, Segment, Leadership and Sales.
  • Experience in Voice & Data Network, IP Networking, Mobile & VC, Internet & Security, Wireless/Mobile.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint.
  • Good presentation skills, sales skills and analytical skills.
  • Possess strong leadership and people management.
