Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Strategy
Define and drive KPI frameworks to ensure consistent service, quality, and productivity outcomes. Lead continuous improvement and transformation initiatives across warehouse and logistics operations.
Customer Management & Growth
Strengthen strategic relationships with key customers to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction. Proactively drive contract renewals and identify opportunities to expand existing business.
Financial Performance & Commercials
Own P&L, ensuring profitability through cost control, budgeting, and financial discipline. Implement gain-share and cost optimisation initiatives that benefit both customers and DHL.
Resource & Infrastructure Optimization
Align workforce, warehouse infrastructure, and systems for maximum efficiency and performance. Drive capability building and foster a high-performance operational culture.
Safety, Compliance & Innovation
Ensure full adherence to safety, regulatory, and risk management standards across operations. Leverage data, technology, and innovation to solve logistics challenges and enhance outcomes.
Requirements
10+ years in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations, with significant leadership experience.
Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-site operations and P&L responsibility.
Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
Ability to lead large teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics processes, and supply chain solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
