Senior Director of Sales Asia/Pacific

CPaT Global is hiring a Senior Director of Sales Asia/Pacific to lead regional revenue growth and manage strategic enterprise accounts across North, Central, and South America. This is a senior player-coach role with direct ownership of ARR, major accounts, and regional sales execution.
What You'll Do
- Own full responsibility for regional new ARR performance
- Lead and grow enterprise SaaS revenue across the Americas
- Manage and expand relationships with strategic and major airline accounts
- Lead complex SaaS sales cycles, including renewals and multi-year contracts
- Coach and performance-manage regional sales team members
- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
- Partner with executive leadership on territory strategy and growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B sales experience
- Proven success owning regional revenue targets and major accounts
- Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with Salesforce, forecasting, and pipeline management
- Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on in key deals
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
Compensation
- Base salary and commissions commensurate with experience
