Senior Director of Sales The Americas

Location: Houston, Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time

CPaT Global is hiring a Senior Director of Sales The Americas to lead regional revenue growth and manage strategic enterprise accounts across North, Central, and South America. This is a senior player-coach role with direct ownership of ARR, major accounts, and regional sales execution.

What You'll Do
  • Own full responsibility for regional new ARR performance
  • Lead and grow enterprise SaaS revenue across the Americas
  • Manage and expand relationships with strategic and major airline accounts
  • Lead complex SaaS sales cycles, including renewals and multi-year contracts
  • Coach and performance-manage regional sales team members
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline discipline, and CRM hygiene in Salesforce
  • Partner with executive leadership on territory strategy and growth initiatives

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS or B2B sales experience
  • Proven success owning regional revenue targets and major accounts
  • Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on in key deals
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required

Compensation
  • Base salary and commissions commensurate with experience
