Position Overview
The Senior Director, Marketing, is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic marketing initiatives, both globally and with a specific focus across the Asia-Pacific market. This position requires close collaboration with the Go-To-Market (GTM) team and sales partners to build strategic content, localized campaigns, support customer adoption, and accelerate market growth. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in compliance, finance, and fraud, with proven experience in the APAC region as well as working effectively within global teams.
Key Responsibilities
APAC:
- GTM Partnership: Work in close partnership with the GTM team in the APAC region to align marketing strategies with business objectives and regional nuances.
- Localized Marketing: Work with the regional team to develop a strategy, timeline, and execute plan for tailored marketing programs in collaboration with the sales team to address the unique needs of APAC customers.
- Market Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion, drive demand generation, and grow market share across diverse APAC countries.
Global:
- Global Enterprise Playbooks: Create comprehensive enterprise marketing playbooks and buyer profiles that can be leveraged globally to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Technology adoption: Integrate AI, AI driven technologies, and experimentation into the workflow of the regional team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global and regional teams to adapt global strategies to local markets and share best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience (8+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the APAC region, ideally in multinational settings.
- Proven track record in compliance, finance, and fraud, with the ability to navigate regulatory complexities across different APAC markets.
- Demonstrated success in developing localized marketing strategies and working cross-functionally with sales and global teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with fluency in English and familiarity with key APAC languages considered an asset.
