Job Description

Regional IT Strategy and Department Leadership

. Lead the Information Technology function as department head, setting strategic direction, priorities, governance, and operating standards

. Align IT strategy, investment, resources, and service delivery with business objectives and headquarters direction

. Oversee IT budget planning, people management, vendor governance, risk management, and executive reporting

Cybersecurity, Risk Management and IT Governance

. Establish and maintain cybersecurity governance, policies, controls, and security awareness across the organization

. Oversee security operations, incident response, identity and access management, endpoint security, compliance, and audit readiness

. Ensure IT risks are identified, reported, mitigated, and managed in line with business requirements and group standards

Infrastructure, Operations and Service Delivery

. Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud platforms, data centres, end-user computing, collaboration tools, and workplace technologies

. Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations, service management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and support services

. Drive standardization, operational improvement, and vendor performance across countries and technology domains

Enterprise Applications, Data and Digital Transformation

. Provide leadership for enterprise applications, ERP platforms, data warehouse modernization, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, generative AI, and digital transformation initiatives

. Ensure business applications and data platforms are effectively governed, integrated, operated, and continuously improved

. Collaborate with headquarters, business leaders, local IT teams, and external partners to deliver scalable solutions and measurable business value

Requirement

. Minimum 20 years of progressive professional experience in Information Technology, including enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, business applications, IT operations, and digital transformation

. Minimum 15 years of experience leading corporate or regional IT functions across infrastructure, security, applications, governance, service delivery, and vendor management

. Minimum 10 years of senior leadership experience as an IT department head, regional IT leader, Senior Director, or equivalent, with accountability for strategy, budget, people management, and executive stakeholder engagement

. Strategic leadership capability to define and execute enterprise and regional IT strategy aligned with business priorities, risk appetite, and group IT direction

. Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, security operations, identity and access management, endpoint protection, incident response, compliance, and security awareness

. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, cloud services, data centers, end-user computing, collaboration platforms, IT service management, business continuity, and disaster recovery

. Experience managing enterprise applications and ERP platforms, including implementation, rollout, integration, operations, business process improvement, and change management

. Knowledge of artificial intelligence, generative AI, data analytics, automation, responsible AI governance, and practical application of AI technologies to improve business productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency

. Proven ability to manage regional IT organizations, budgets, vendors, outsourcing partners, governance frameworks, policies, audits, and cross-country standardization initiatives

. Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and people development skills, with the ability to engage senior management, headquarters, business leaders, and local IT teams
