Ensure that the resort's Gaming and Hospitality operations runs smoothly and efficiently
Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance the resort's operations and services.
Assist the senior management on budget planning, financial forecasts and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
Coordinate among all operations teams and liaise with relevant project teams regarding any future development and renovation of existing spaces to ensure a complete customer journey.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities and provide data-driven analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Identify and mitigate potential risks that may impact business operations through conducting regular audits to address vulnerabilities in business processes and systems.
Ensure that all operational processes comply with the relevant regulatory standards.
Lead and mentor team members to foster professional growth and development.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality, travel or leisure industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing operational strategies in relevant industries.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data to support decision making.
