We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Director, of Client Coverage, Corporate Trust to join our Corporate Trust team. This role is located in Hong Kong/ Singapore. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee the client coverage family within a single very large business Identify the markets and areas for future growth Develop and implement the client coverage strategy for assigned business(es) and owns optimization process for client relationships Direct functional strategy to achieve key business objectives and ensures deals are compliant with all regulations and internal processes Assist with recruitment efforts Independently develop the strategic plan for managing and growing existing client relationships, with a focus on revenue retention, while identifying opportunities to evolve client business Deploy significant expertise of industry trends, competitor services/offerings and client's business environment Promotes firm services/product offerings that solve client challenges and achieve account growth, and evaluate and structure deal (pricing, contract terms, etc.) to determine the optimal terms for both the client and the firm Develop, track, and report on relationship strategy/results for assigned client portfolio Work closely with business development teams to ensure relationship management strategy is executed by account management and client service teams Recommend areas for firm through leadership efforts based on client feedback, and may deliver leadership feedback both internally and externally to clients Responsible for achievement of organic and incremental growth (revenue, asset) goals within assigned client portfolios To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin language skills preferred Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required Advanced/graduate degree preferred 12+ years of total work experience preferred, with Financial Services experience with prior corporate trust experience preferred Prior experience in a related customer-facing role, Sales Support, Global Capital Markets or Product Management preferred Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business A good understanding of the relevant marketplace, competitive landscape and industry drivers in the relevant region is preferred People Leadership requirement: Leads and manages teams to maximize their collective contributions and motivates lower-level managers to maximize their contributions and encourage professional growth Continually coaches and monitors skill development of the team, ensuring that team members have access to and take advantage of formal and informal training opportunities, foster mentorships, etc. At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at: BNY Newsroom BNY LinkedIn Here's a few of our recent awards: America's Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025 World's Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025 Most Just Companies, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025 Our Benefits and Rewards: BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
