Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Marketing Leader to define and amplify Cobo's global brand. In this role, you will turn complex technology, security expertise, and regulatory credibility into a clear, differentiated, and compelling story that resonates across markets.
Your work will extend far beyond traditional marketing: shaping executive messaging, driving go-to-market effectiveness, strengthening partner credibility, and building long-term trust with institutional customers. This role operates at an intersection of company strategy, product evolution, and market perception, with close partnership with the executive team.
Job Description:
Brand, Positioning & Category Strategy
- Define and continuously refine Cobo's global positioning, value proposition, and category narrative
- Translate a complex product and regulatory landscape into clear, credible differentiation
- Build long-term brand authority and trust with institutional and enterprise audiences
Executive & Market Narrative
- Partner closely with the leadership team to shape external messaging and thought leadership
- Ensure consistency and discipline in how Cobo is represented across media, events, partnerships, and regions
- Elevate Cobo's voice on security, custody, infrastructure, and industry standards
Strategic GTM Leadership
- Provide strategic direction for product launches, partnerships, and major GTM initiatives
- Ensure marketing execution is anchored in positioning and narrative, not just features or campaigns
- Act as a senior thought partner to Sales, BD, and regional leaders
Marketing Leadership & Governance
- Set global marketing priorities, success metrics, and operating principles
- Balance brand-building, demand support, and ecosystem presence with clear trade-offs
Market & Competitive Insight
- Own competitive and market intelligence at a strategic level
- Bring external perspective and customer insight into executive discussions and planning
Job Requirements:
- At least 1218+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand, or go-to-market strategy, with a track record of operating at senior leadership level
- Proven expertise in building, resetting, or elevating positioning for complex, technical, or infrastructure-driven businesses
- Strong strategic judgment and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Executive-level communication and storytelling skills, with demonstrated success influencing stakeholders across organizations
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or Web3; deep crypto knowledge is a plus but not required
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable partnering with product, strategy, and executive teams to drive business impact
