Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Lead leaders at site Operations Planning & Controlling (OPC) Singapore, Bangkok, Malaysia, Batam, TIJ in senior management roles in Asia
  • Develop and drive site strategy in accordance with the company / backend (BE) overall strategy, TCR and productivity projects
  • Operatively responsible for volume planning, material planning and resource planning across multiple time zones and for the majority of the BE value add.
  • Consolidate and strengthen standardization activities between sites for plastic packages, making OPC grow to a truly functional organization.
  • Derive and rive ratio potential from this, including realization of savings and economies of scale beyond single site view.
  • Within Lead Site/Production Site setup like SIN/BKK or MAL/BAT - driving site to site transfers and balance site2site and site2cluster interests, beyond single site horizon : drive MAL area, BKK growth, offload to BAT & BKK
  • Supervise and track strategic transfers
  • Responsible as decision maker for investment, material planning and inventory management, capacity commit and respective supply plans
  • Drive sites for optimized performance with respect to BE resources (invest, material, HC) to achieve productivity target and operational KPIs (RawClip, OEE)
  • Foster people development and strategic talents, build up sustainable talent pipeline
  • Generate an environment of trust and teamwork within BE/FE management, the sites, PROC/CSC and with DIV interfaces

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain or equivalent
  • Min. 10 - 15 years of relevant working experience
  • Experience in leading large, complex organizations related to supply chain and operations planning
  • Ability to provide leadership to senior management and guidance across various global regions and stakeholder levels.
  • Capability to develop, adapt, and execute business strategies to achieve organizational objectives
  • Experience structuring organizations with clear roles, responsibilities, and interfaces
  • Familiarity with the design, definition and execution of process changes, including ensuring audit-proof documentation.
  • Experience in managing delegations of decision rights and defining the boundaries of roles and processes within a complex matrix organization
  • People development and talent nurturing, to build and sustain a talent pipeline and developing the next generation of leader
  • Fostering an environment of trust and teamwork across different management levels, sites, and interfacing departments
  • Strong communication and consultation skills, especially when preparing and presenting strategic decisions to executive boards
  • Cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills to work efficiently with various internal stakeholders of different cultural backgrounds.
