Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Campaign Manager to lead data-driven, personalized customer communications across Consumer wealth products. As part of Group Marketing, CFS, this role will partner closely with business squads and cross-functional teams to translate commercial objectives into targeted communication strategies that improve customer response and deliver measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in financial services marketing, with deep understanding in campaign management, and marketing operations. This individual should be comfortable operating in a complex, regulated environment and have a proven ability to coordinate execution across multiple stakeholders with strong discipline and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead end-to-end delivery of customer campaigns and communications across key business priorities
. Partner with business squads and cross-functional stakeholders to translate commercial objectives into clear communication plans
. Drive personalized, data-led customer engagement strategies to improve relevance and performance
. Leverage data and insights to craft highly relevant campaigns, unlocking growth in terms of take up and revenue for the targeted product.
. Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and contact strategy to support stronger customer outcomes
. Coordinate campaign operations, execution readiness, and delivery governance across teams
. Ensure communications are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with internal controls and compliance requirements
. Work closely with analytics and data teams to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
. Provide clear coordination across business, technology, compliance, and operations teams to support smooth execution
Requirements
. 8 to 10 years of experience in campaign management, CRM, customer engagement, or marketing operations
. Strong experience in financial services marketing (banking, cards, lending, deposits, wealth, or insurance)
. Proven track record in personalization and data-driven customer communications to achieve business outcomes
. Hands-on knowledge of MarTech platforms, CRM tools, and audience management
. Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data and performance insights to drive decisions and improve outcomes
. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
