Job Summary

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will manage and optimise digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive revenue growth and meet client marketing objectives through strategic consultation and performance analysis.
Our core business is in delivering digital marketing solutions, including programmatic, search, social media initiatives, campaign development and performance marketing initiatives. We collaborate with our clients in all areas - from strategy to execution for digital success. You will be a trusted consultant to help our clients develop effective campaigns and solutions to meet their marketing objectives.

We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Digital Executive to plan, coordinate, implement and oversee various digital campaigns across a range of platforms. The Senior Digital Executive's duties will include setting up campaigns, monitoring, optimising and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns. You will work closely with the team on managing spend, providing insights and analytics as well as meeting KPI of each campaign.

To be successful, you will need to have experience in managing digital campaigns across programmatic, search, social and LinkedIn. You will bean excellent Senior Digital Executive and have a threshold for working under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and account management for key accounts
  • Develop media strategies and detailed media flow plans with channel and platform recommendations aligned to client goals
  • Analyze client business objectives to provide strategic digital marketing consultation ensuring campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor industry trends and digital marketing innovations to inform campaign strategies
  • Present media strategies, optimization plans, and campaign performance insights to clients clearly and persuasively
  • Conduct market research and social media audits to support campaign planning and evaluation
  • Utilize planning tools and coordinate with media owners and vendors to secure proposals and campaign resources
  • Manage daily client communications including media trend updates and campaign reporting
  • Set up campaigns on self-serve platforms, implement ad tagging and pixel tracking to ensure accurate ad delivery and data capture
  • Execute campaign implementation and performance monitoring across Search, Social, and Programmatic channels
  • Optimize campaign performance continuously during live periods on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Programmatic networks
  • Prepare weekly and end-of-campaign digital performance reports and reconcile final costs for finance billing
  • Perform additional duties compatible with skills and experience as assigned

Required competencies and certifications

  • Proven experience managing B2B and B2C digital campaigns with measurable outcomes
  • Ability to interpret and apply current marketing trends to campaign strategies
  • Skilled in defining and tracking campaign KPIs and objectives to evaluate success
  • Competent in managing multiple concurrent digital campaigns effectively
  • Proficient in performance marketing techniques and optimization strategies
  • Experienced in running and optimizing campaigns across Programmatic, Google product suite, Social media, and LinkedIn platforms
  • Basic knowledge of ad operations including setting up conversion tracking and pixel implementation
  • Skilled in analyzing campaign data and preparing performance summaries using Excel
  • Collaborative team player providing actionable insights and recommendations to sales teams for client advisories

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Degree qualification
  • Minimum 1 year experience in media, agency, or publisher environments 2 years or more preferred
