Senior DevSecOps & AI Security Engineer (SG Citizen/PR) (1 Year Contract)

Rhino Partners is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specialising in AI Security, Governance and DevSecOps to lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable AI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cybersecurity engineering, solution architecture or software engineering, combined with practical expertise in AI security, adversarial testing and secure AI application development.

• Lead the architecture, design and implementation of secure AI applications, platforms and enterprise technology solutions.
• Define technical strategies, product roadmaps and engineering standards aligned with business, security and governance requirements.
• Design and implement AI security testing frameworks, evaluation methodologies, benchmarking approaches and secure testing environments.
• Develop security controls and guardrails to mitigate AI-specific risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial attacks and agent-related vulnerabilities.
• Establish secure software development practices, DevSecOps pipelines and architecture governance across cloud, on-premise and hybrid environments.
• Drive the integration of automated security testing, vulnerability assessments and compliance checks into CI/CD pipelines.
• Evaluate emerging AI security threats and recommend appropriate safeguards, testing methodologies and risk mitigation strategies.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance and engineering best practices to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity and product stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable and scalable solutions.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, software engineering, solution architecture, AI-enabled security solutions or technology product management, including technical leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience defining technical strategies, product roadmaps and delivering enterprise-scale technology or cybersecurity solutions.
• Strong architecture and engineering expertise across cloud, on-premise or hybrid infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of secure software development, DevSecOps practices and security architecture.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM security, including adversarial testing, AI evaluation, guardrails, agent security and emerging AI threats.
• Experience designing AI testing frameworks, evaluation methodologies, scoring and benchmarking approaches, or secure testing harnesses for AI applications and agents.
• Experience establishing CI/CD practices, engineering standards and architecture governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Hands-on experience securing LLM-based applications, RAG architectures or autonomous AI agents.
• Familiarity with AI red teaming, AI governance frameworks and emerging AI security standards.
• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA or cloud architecture certifications.

Candidates with a combination of strong DevSecOps/cybersecurity engineering expertise and practical AI/LLM security experience will be highly regarded.
