Responsibilities:
- Design and lead the implementation of scalable, highly available Kubernetes platforms.
- Own and optimize container platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Lead system architecture improvements and performance optimization initiatives.
- Design and improve monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability solutions.
- Drive infrastructure security, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term reliability improvements.
- Evaluate new cloud-native technologies and define best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of Linux operations experience 3+ years of Kubernetes production experience.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and container ecosystems.
- Strong expertise in Linux systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud, Tencent Cloud).
- Strong automation and programming skills (Shell, Python, or Go).
- Experience designing high-availability and scalable database architectures.
- Strong leadership, communication, and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin for global stakeholder communication.
