We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead DevOps and automation initiatives across production and non-production platforms. You will design, build, and operate scalable CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions, driving automation to improve reliability, productivity, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement DevOps and automation solutions for projects and managed services
- Build, configure, and manage Ansible Automation Platform, Terraform, and GitLab (including GitLab Geo)
- Develop and maintain automation playbooks using Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Terraform, Bash
- Set up and operate CI/CD pipelines and DevOps platforms with SLA ownership
- Operationalize automation to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed
- Implement version control and governance for Infrastructure-as-Code
- Support automated testing in non-prod and prod environments
- Integrate DevOps platforms with ITSM and enterprise tools
- Provide presales and solutioning support for automation initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps & IaC
- Strong expertise in Ansible, Terraform, GitLab, CI/CD
- Experience setting up and managing DevOps platforms end-to-end
- Strong Linux/Unix and Windows administration skills
- Solid scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Good to Have:
- Cloud DevOps experience
- Knowledge of RPA tools
- Experience with PostgreSQL / MS SQL / MySQL
