(Senior) Development Partner, Financing Policy & Programmes

What the role is

About the Team

We design and deliver innovative financing solutions that help Singapore enterprises access capital for growth, transformation, and internationalisation. As Enterprise Singapore's product house for financing tools, our team covers both debt and equity solutions, supporting enterprises of all sizes in scaling globally.

What you will be working on

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of financing products - from strategy and design through launch and ongoing portfolio management. You'll work closely with enterprises, partners, and policymakers to create solutions that directly address market gaps.

• Shape new products - Define problem statements, assess market gaps, and use data to validate opportunities.
• Design & Test solutions - Generate ideas, model feasibility, and iterate with users to refine product concepts.
• Plan & Launch - Flesh out product specifications, secure stakeholder buy-in and approvals, and drive go-to-market activities (workflow design, risk processes, system enhancements, partner training, public communications).
• Manage & Optimise - Provide advisory to partners, monitor portfolio performance, and refine products to ensure strong product-market fit.

What we are looking for

• Degree in business, economics, finance, or related field preferred.

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in product, enterprise banking, financing, or credit agencies.

• Strong analytical skills able to turn data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity and new ideas.
