What You'll Do
Overall programme lead for BizAdapt - the go-to person for policy advisory and scheme implementation
Engage EnterpriseSG's programme partners regularly to keep pulse on companies feedback/problem statements and refine policy parameters where necessary
Oversee the evaluation of grant applications to ensure the assessment process is robust and fair
Spearhead the system design and migration of the scheme to the new Business Grants Portal
Balance driving impactful outcomes through BizAdapt with governance considerations
Proactively track the adoption of BizAdapt by companies, budget utilisation and cashflow planning
Conduct reporting on scheme utilisation and outcomes to MTI/MOF
Lead review(s) to refine scheme parameters to adapt to evolving tariff environment
What we are looking for
At least 5 years in a relevant policy or programme management role. Previous supervisory or leadership responsibilities a bonus
Strong written, communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Prior experience in other software such as SQL and Superset a bonus
Adaptable, proactive, and effective in navigating ambiguity and uncertainty
A passion for public service, policy work and programme management
