Job Brief
We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer with strong expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining backend microservices, as well as implementing integration solutions using Apache Camel 4.

This role requires active participation in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, while ensuring high performance, scalability, and code quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you will collaborate with both onsite and offshore teams, including direct customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Tech Lead, managing technical deliverables while remaining hands-on with coding.
• Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices using Java 17 and Spring Boot.
• Implement integration solutions using Apache Camel 4.
• Develop and maintain APIs using OpenAPI Specification.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Write and maintain unit and integration tests.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain clear and updated technical documentation.
• Ensure application security and integrity.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Must be very hands on with Technical coding 10/10

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in sprint and team management.
• Strong expertise in Java 17 and Spring Boot microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Camel 4.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT).
• Experience with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
