Senior Designer

We are seeking a talented Senior Designer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital design, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping our product's visual identity and ensuring a seamless user journey.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution across various digital platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to create user-centered designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with brand guidelines and user needs.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative design solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in digital design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices.
• Ability to create responsive and adaptive designs for various devices and platforms.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design choices.
• Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
