Company Overview:
We specialize in architectural faade and aluminium works including curtain wall systems, aluminium cladding, louvers, and glass faades for both commercial and government projects. We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Senior Designer to join our design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design development of faade systems including curtain wall, aluminium cladding, louvers, etc.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs.
- Coordinate with QS, project, and site teams to ensure buildable and practical design solutions.
- Attend client/consultant meetings for technical clarifications and design modifications.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of design experience in faade and aluminium works (Singapore Project).
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
- Knowledge of Singapore BCA standards and faade design principles.
- Strong detailing and technical coordination skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers).
Advantages:
- Experience with Unitized and Stick Curtain Wall Systems.
- AutoCAD skills for faade geometry preferred.
