Senior Designer

Company Overview:
We specialize in architectural façade and aluminium works including curtain wall systems, aluminium cladding, louvers, and glass façades for both commercial and government projects. We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Senior Designer to join our design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design development of façade systems including curtain wall, aluminium cladding, louvers, etc.
• Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and material take-offs.
• Coordinate with QS, project, and site teams to ensure buildable and practical design solutions.
• Attend client/consultant meetings for technical clarifications and design modifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of design experience in façade and aluminium works (Singapore Project).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp.
• Knowledge of Singapore BCA standards and façade design principles.
• Strong detailing and technical coordination skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (preferred for liaising with Chinese-speaking suppliers).

Advantages:

• Experience with Unitized and Stick Curtain Wall Systems.
• AutoCAD skills for façade geometry preferred.
