We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Graphic Designer / Creative Lead (Events) to join our growing team. This role combines hands-on design work with creative leadership responsibilities. You will be responsible for conceptualising creative ideas, producing event visuals, leading the design team, and ensuring high-quality creative output across projects.
You will work closely with sales, event managers, marketing, and operations teams to bring concepts to life for corporate events, family days, roadshows, activations, dinner & dance events, and large-scale campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Design
- Conceptualise and create innovative designs for events and marketing campaigns
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for client proposals
- Design event materials including:Event backdropsStage and booth designsSignages and bannersEvent collaterals and invitationsDigital and social media creativesMarketing materials and advertisements
- Produce visual mockups, presentation decks, and basic 2D/3D visualisations
- Ensure all creative outputs align with client branding and project objectives
Creative Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and oversee the design team to maintain quality and consistency across projects
- Review, provide feedback, and approve design work before submission or production
- Guide and mentor junior designers and interns
- Establish and improve creative workflows, design standards, and best practices
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative direction during brainstorming sessions
Project Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with sales and project teams to understand client requirements and translate ideas into creative concepts
- Participate in client discussions and proposal presentations where required
- Liaise with vendors and production teams to ensure design feasibility and smooth execution
- Conduct site visits when necessary for planning and design requirements
- Support event setup and execution to ensure final outputs align with approved concepts
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring timelines are met
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the events, exhibition, or creative industry
- Strong proficiency in:Adobe IllustratorAdobe PhotoshopAdobe InDesignAdobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (preferred)SketchUp or basic 3D software knowledge (preferred)
- Strong portfolio showcasing event designs, proposal decks, branding, and creative projects
- Good understanding of printing specifications, production materials, and fabrication processes
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
