Senior Delivery Experts (Banking Technology)

About the Role

We are looking for Senior Delivery Experts (Banking Technology) with strong banking IT backgrounds in Hong Kong and Singapore.

This role is a senior individual contributor position, focusing on delivering and leading complex banking technology implementations across Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.

You will play a key role in driving end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring successful implementation of large-scale banking transformation projects, while working closely with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery Leadership (Technical Focus)

. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex banking technology solutions

. Translate business and functional requirements into implementable technical solutions

. Drive solution implementation across core banking, payments, digital channels or integration layers

. Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards

. Work closely with engineering and architecture teams to execute solution designs

Client Engagement

. Engage with client stakeholders (IT, architecture, and business teams) to drive project alignment

. Act as a key technical point of contact during delivery phases

. Support client discussions on implementation approach, system integration and solution feasibility

. Build trust with client teams through strong delivery and technical expertise

Implementation & Project Execution

. Lead or support large-scale system implementation, migration, or transformation programs

. Drive system integration across multiple platforms (core banking, payment systems, APIs, middleware)

. Identify and resolve technical delivery risks and challenges

. Support testing, deployment, and go-live activities

Cross-functional Collaboration

. Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams

. Align delivery execution with solution design and business objectives

. Contribute to best practices, delivery frameworks and reusable implementation approaches

Market & Industry Insight

. Stay updated on banking technology trends (core banking, payments, digital banking)

. Contribute to improving delivery capabilities and solution maturity

Requirements

. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT or related field

. 10+ years of experience in banking IT delivery / implementation roles

. Strong hands-on experience in banking systems (core banking, payments, channels, integration)

. Proven experience in large-scale banking system implementation or transformation projects

. Solid understanding of system integration, APIs, middleware and enterprise systems

. Ability to translate business requirements into implementable technical solutions

. Experience working with internal and client technical teams

. Strong problem-solving and execution capabilities

Language Requirements

. Strong proficiency in English (required)

. Mandarin is important to support collaboration with clients and headquarters in China

Preferred Qualifications

. Prior experience in banking technology environments (core banking, payments, digital platforms)

. Background from system integrators, technology vendors or consulting firms

. Experience working across international markets

. Experience in enterprise systems implementation or solution delivery roles
