Senior Database Administrator (Oracle | SQL Server | PostgreSQL | Automation)

Are you passionate about managing large-scale database platforms and driving automation at enterprise scale We are looking for a Senior Database Administrator who can combine strong database expertise with automation and cloud technologies to build highly available, secure, and resilient database environments.

This is an opportunity to work on mission-critical systems, modern cloud platforms, and DevOps-driven database automation initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage and optimize Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments.
• Support high availability technologies including Oracle RAC, Data Guard, SQL AlwaysOn, Replication, and PostgreSQL HA.
• Lead database upgrades, migrations, patching, backup, recovery, and performance tuning activities.
• Build automation solutions using Ansible, Python, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Support and modernize database platforms across AWS and Azure.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and self-healing automation initiatives.
• Provide L3/L4 support for critical production systems and lead incident resolution.
• Collaborate with application, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams.

What We're Looking For

✅ Strong experience in Oracle, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL Administration

✅ Expertise in performance tuning, backup/recovery, HA, and disaster recovery

✅ Hands-on automation experience with Ansible, Python, PowerShell, and CI/CD

✅ Experience with AWS and/or Azure database services

✅ Linux and Windows Server administration knowledge

✅ Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
