Our client in public sector is looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist to join their team.
Your new role
- Embed data, analytics, and predictive intelligence into everyday decision-making.
- Build predictive models to surface early warnings, risks, and proactive intervention triggers.
- Partner with product teams to define hypotheses, experiments, and user‑centric insights.
- Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations and product enhancements.
- Ensure ongoing model performance, fairness, and real‑world impact on client outcomes.
- Own data stewardship: dashboards, visualization, quality standards, and long‑term analytics roadmap.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, AI, or related quantitative field.
- 7+ years experience in data science or product analytics within outcome‑driven organizations.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for large‑scale data analysis.
- Advanced expertise in statistics and machine learning for insight generation.
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, databases, analytics tools, and model deployment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, effectively bridging technical and non‑technical teams.
