Your new role
- Lead and mentor AI teams, fostering innovation and professional growth in a collaborative environment.
- Define strategic AI roadmaps, focusing on computer vision and multimodal capabilities.
- Guide advanced AI experiments to solve challenges using cutting-edge techniques and models.
- Build partnerships to strengthen the AI capability ecosystem.
- Promote AI adoption through stakeholder engagement, training, best practices, and impactful prototypes and demonstrations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Over 5 years in AI/ML with 2+ years leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
- Deep expertise in computer vision techniques like object detection, tracking, segmentation, and image understanding.
- Skilled in multimodal AI systems integrating image, video, and audio data for advanced applications.
- Proficient in PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and state-of-the-art models like CLIP and GPT-4o.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills with awareness of AI ethics and governance.
