What is your mission

  • Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise-wide data governance frameworks, policies, and standards aligned with regulatory and industry best practices.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with global data protection regulations (e.g. GDPR, PDPA, PIPL) and internal governance standards across all operating regions.
  • Define data quality standards and metrics, oversee data documentation, lineage, and quality monitoring, and resolve data quality issues with stakeholders.
  • Identify data-related risks, implement mitigation strategies, and conduct regular assessments to safeguard data protection and governance effectiveness.
  • Partner with IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to govern critical data elements and embed governance into operational planning. Act as a subject-matter expert, advising data owners and custodians on governance principles, standards, and best practices.
  • Design and deliver training and awareness programmes to promote data governance, compliance, and a data-driven culture.
  • Define performance metrics, track governance outcomes, and provide regular reporting to leadership to drive continuous improvement.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

Who are we looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, with at least 8 years of experience in data governance, data management, or related enterprise roles.
  • Proven experience leading and implementing large-scale data governance programmes across complex organisations.
  • Hands-on experience with data governance tools (data catalogues, metadata, data quality) and delivering data quality initiatives with measurable business value.
  • Strong command of data management frameworks (e.g. DAMA-DMBOK) and practical experience with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PDPA.
  • Solid understanding of data architecture, modelling, data warehousing/lake concepts, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills relevant certifications (CDMP, CDPSE, DGSP) are preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
