Job Description

8 years of experience in Data Architecture / BI / Banking Transformation
Strong experience in Core Banking, Payments, and Data Migration projects
Expertise in ETLR (Extract, Transform, Load, Reconcile)
Hands-on experience with Informatica, Talend, SSIS, AWS Glue, SQL
Experience in Enterprise Data Warehousing & Reporting
Exposure to AWS / Azure analytics ecosystem preferred
Support large-scale core banking data migration and transformation programs
Design ETL / ELT pipelines, reconciliation frameworks, and data validation processes
Work on transactional banking data across CASA, Lending, and Payments systems
Support integration and co-existence strategies between legacy and modern platforms
Collaborate with business, operations, IT, and vendor teams to ensure migration accuracy and reporting consistency
