Senior Data Analyst

Job Description:

1.Build multi-dimensional business metrics (user, traffic, conversion, revenue), define North Star metric, and deliver dashboards/reports covering 80% of daily data needs;

2.Monitor core data daily, conduct anomaly analysis, and establish intelligent monitoring frameworks to quickly identify issues;

3.Support strategy design for user acquisition and engagement by quantifying user behaviors and identifying key growth opportunities;

4.Optimize app features and traffic funnels through A/B testing to enhance overall user lifetime value (LTV).

Job Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field;

2. 5+ years of experience, as a Senior Data Analyst or similar capacity;

3.Proficiency in data analysis tools and databases such as SQL, Python, Power BI ,Quick BI, etc;

4.Strong knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques;

5.Ability to analyze large datasets and write comprehensive reports. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset;

6.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner to non-technical stakeholders;

7.Strong communication skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to engage key stakeholders across different markets.
