Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support strategic decision-making across sales and marketing initiatives. This role requires a strong analytical foundation, an ability to interpret complex data from both internal and syndicated sources (e.g., Newzoo, Sensor Tower), and a focus on delivering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

The analyst will work closely with the Director of Strategy & Marketing and lead a project team. You'll also collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze raw and structured datasets to extract insights on projects, market trends, and campaign performance
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Create dashboards, reports, and presentations that support business growth and GTM strategies
• Provide general guidance and oversight to junior project team members.
• Support initiatives in data automation and exploratory analysis, including light predictive modelling
• Collaborate with BI, Sales, and Marketing teams to align data outputs with business needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
• Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Familiarity with Power BI
• Working knowledge of Python for data analysis (preferred)
• Proven experience with sales and marketing analytics (campaigns, funnel performance, market segmentation)
• Hypothesis-driven analysis: Can frame ambiguous business problems into structured analytics questions
• Comfortable synthesizing insights and to communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially for dashboards and executive summaries
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative

Nice to Have

• Experience with syndicated market intelligence tools
• Background in the video game industry or digital entertainment
