Data Analyst - Assistant Manager/Manager/Senior Manager

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and end users to design and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions (e.g., Power BI dashboards)-from defining problems and use cases, building data pipelines, conducting proof-of-concepts, to developing and deploying solutions into production.
• Take ownership of creating custom, non-standard reports and dashboards by integrating data from the Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, SAP Analytics Cloud) and other enterprise platforms using cloud-native analytics tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Databricks), and delivering insights via Power BI or other downstream systems.
• Partner with business teams, technology, data engineering, and policy groups to enhance the enterprise analytics platform, develop tooling, and build reusable assets.
• Monitor, validate, and continuously optimize the performance of deployed analytical solutions.
• Provide operational support and perform ongoing maintenance of the data and analytics infrastructure platform.
• Actively participate as a member of the Analytics Centre of Excellence (COE), contributing to knowledge-sharing, peer learning, and delivery of data-driven projects.
• Collaborate with COE members to advance analytics capabilities, promote best practices, and adopt leading techniques across the organization.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training sessions or workshops to strengthen the data analytics and data science skills of COE members and the broader organization.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support departmental and divisional objectives.

Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science or Artificial Intelligence or related technical certificates.

. 3 years of experience in conceptualizing and developing advanced analytics or data science solutions to solve business problems, but fresh graduates who are keen in data science/analytics are still welcome to apply.

. Technical skills in Microsoft Power BI (UI/UX, DAX, Power Query) and Python and associated Machine Learning packages and tools.

. Possesses knowledge of analytics and machine learning platforms, including their integration with upstream data sources and downstream production systems.

. Experienced in collaborating with business users to gather and analyze requirements, and partnering with technology/data teams to enhance the analytics platform and address user challenges.

. Capable of analyzing business needs and presenting a solution framework that includes model outputs, business decisions, and potential impact to facilitate solution adoption.

. Cloud services experience such as Azure will be an advantage.

. Finance and Budgeting processes experience will be an advantage.
