Senior Data & AI Analyst (Power BI / Data modelling)

Job Description:

Drive AI-Enabled Insights

• Deploy Natural Language Q&A and Copilot-based analytics

• Develop AI-driven use cases (forecasting, anomaly detection, KPI insights)

• Enable business users to access insights independently

Build a Scalable Data Platform

• Design and optimize data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric

• Develop robust data models and Power BI dashboards

• Standardize data architecture across the AP region

Strengthen Data Governance & Trust

• Implement Microsoft Purview for data lineage and governance

• Define data ownership and ensure KPI consistency

• Improve data quality and transparency across systems

Partner with the Business

• Translate business needs into data and AI solutions

• Act as a trusted advisor to management and operational teams

• Drive adoption of data-driven practices

Job Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data platform roles

• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and data modeling-Experience with Microsoft Fabric / Azure Data Platform preferred

• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot, Azure OpenAI, or similar) is a plus

• Experience in data governance (e.g., Microsoft Purview) is advantageous
