Senior D365 Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for D365 solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation
• Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Customer Service)
• Support end-to-end D365 implementations including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions
• Conduct user training sessions and create documentation such as user guides and SOPs
• Perform system testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Troubleshoot issues, provide functional support, and manage change requests
• Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Strong knowledge of D365 modules (Finance, SCM, CRM, etc.)
• Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Good understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
