Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cybersecurity assessments, identify security risks and gaps, and recommend practical remediation plans.
• Support the design, evaluation, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions, including EDR, SASE, Zero Trust, endpoint security, and network security technologies.
• Participate in proof-of-concept (POC)activities, technical workshops, vendor evaluations, and customer discussions.
• Prepare assessment reports, technical documentation, project deliverables, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate with customers, internal stakeholders, and technology vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope and timeline.
• Stay updated with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously enhance service quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security consulting, security engineering, security assessments, or solution implementation.
• Hands-on experience in conducting security assessments, gap analysis, risk identification, and remediation planning.
• Strong knowledge of one or more cybersecurity technologies, including EDR, SASE, Zero Trust, endpoint security, network security, cloud security, vulnerability management, or security governance.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Controls, or ISO/IEC 27001. Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies such as firewalls, VPNs, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Security, and cloud environments will be an advantage.
• Experience engaging customers or stakeholders in consulting, advisory, or project delivery environments, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Cato Cloud or similar SASE platforms will be an advantage.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+, CySA+, GIAC, Microsoft Security, AWS Security, Azure Security, or equivalent vendor certifications are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
