Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative and you will be responsible for end-to-end demand planning, procurement, and material management to ensure optimal inventory levels and on-time product availability. You will manage customer forecasts, orders, and purchase processes while coordinating delivery schedules across suppliers, logistics, and internal teams. Monitoring supplier performance, inventory metrics, and compliance with SOPs, while supporting sales initiatives, resolving fulfillment issues, and delivering accurate operational and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Planning, Procurement & Material Management: Plan, procure, and expedite materials based on forecasted customer demand to ensure optimal product availability and inventory levels.
  • Order & Purchase Management: Manage customer forecasts and orders, validate order details, and convert Purchase Requests (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO), ensuring accuracy in product specifications, pricing, and quantities.
  • Delivery & Schedule Coordination: Coordinate delivery schedules with customers, suppliers, and logistics teams, proactively managing changes, delays, and rescheduled orders while keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Supplier & Vendor Management: Monitor supplier on-time delivery performance, identify recurring delivery issues, and escalate concerns to supervisors for corrective actions.
  • Inventory Control & Monitoring: Track inventory levels, days inventory outstanding (DIO), and order pipelines to prevent overstocking or shortages and support efficient inventory turnover.
  • Sales & Customer Support: Work closely with the Sales team to support existing business, address customer requirements, and identify opportunities for incremental business growth.
  • Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, and planning) to resolve order fulfillment, shipment, and inventory-related issues.
  • Compliance & Process Adherence: Ensure full compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and relevant regulatory or industry requirements.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Compile, maintain, and distribute accurate internal and supplier reports on order status, delivery performance, inventory management, and operational metrics in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree qualification equivalent in a relevant field of study.
  • At least 4 years of prior relevant working experience is required for this position.
  • Prior experience in the electronics is advantageous but not a must.
