Summary
In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, ensure timely order processing and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
Your advanced JDE knowledge will be essential in managing customer data, processing orders, and improving service efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Obtains customers billing information, product numbers and specifications of items to be purchased.
- Answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance and the status of orders.
- Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints as well as actions taken.
- Create the PR per SO from system to manage the JDE system, arrange the shipment per SO terms
- Works under direct supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in JDE system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely invoicing.
- Monitor order status, proactively update customers and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Generate reports and analyse order data from JDE system to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Taking care of both SEA, India and Korea customer service regions.
- Other ad-hoc assignments tasked by your immediate superior / reporting.
