Job Scope:

In-charge of customer service team
Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including shipment preparation, documentation, and inventory tracking for local and international consignments.
Liaise with internal teams and customers to resolve discrepancies in orders, shipments, and invoices.
Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate export/import documents, invoices, and payment records for trade operations.
Support warehouse and transport teams with data entry, reporting, and ensuring timely order fulfilment.
