Job Description
- Obtains customers names, addresses, and billing information, product numbers, and specifications of items to be purchased.
- Answering basic customer inquiries on product availability, maintenance, and the status of orders.
- Keeps records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
- Create the PR per SO from system to manage the JDE system, arrange the shipment per SO terms
- Works under direct supervision to provide satisfactory and quality customer service.
- Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in JDE system.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints and service requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely invoicing.
- Monitor order status, proactively update customers, and resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Generate reports and analyse order data from JDE system to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
- Support internal audits and ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Taking care of both SEA, India and Korea customer service regions.
- Other ad-hoc assignments tasked by your immediate superior / reporting.
Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of working experiences in customer service position.
- Excellent understanding of JDE and strong communication skills.
- Ability to plan and organize a team effort.
- Effective time management and logical decision-making ability. Well versed in Microsoft Excel, ability to generate structured reports.
- Ability to work under pressure and managing workload with little direction.
