Job Summary

You will assist the Customer Service Department by managing customer ratings, coordinating with air and sea carriers, handling sea documentation, and supporting daily operations to ensure smooth logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer ratings for both air and sea freight to maintain service quality
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with air and sea carriers to ensure timely shipments
• Liaise with customers to address inquiries and provide updates on shipments
• Prepare and handle sea freight documentation such as bookings and Bills of Lading when required
• Use Microsoft Office and email tools to document and communicate logistics information accurately
• Work independently with self-motivation and a willingness to learn new tasks within the customer service team

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of air and sea logistics processes and terminology
• Minimum O Level qualification
• Proficient English writing and speaking skills

• Location: Changi Cargo
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
