Senior Curriculum Developer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Plan and deliver lessons in accordance with the organisation's Montessori curriculum framework

. Create a secure and quality learning environment for the children through nurturing trusting and respectful relationships with them.

. Curriculum development. To develop the Montessori curriculum. Enrich children's learning by co-designing and implementing a developmentallyand culturally appropriate curriculum, while integrating innovative teachingand learning practices.

. Proactive and intentional in strengthening partnerships with families and the community, and co-design collaborative efforts with colleagues and stakeholdersto achieve this goal.

. To train and mentor educators in enhancing their professional practice.
