Senior CSA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with architects, structural, MEP engineers, and consultants to resolve design and technical challenges.
• Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress evaluations, reporting findings to management.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site personnel to ensure seamless project execution.
• Assist in the preparation of construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
• Support cost control initiatives through reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.
• Attend project meetings and provide technical input for problem-solving and decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in construction projects, preferably involving high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and applicable codes/regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration abilities.
