Job Summary
The Senior Engineer (CSA - Civil/Structural/Architectural) will oversee technical aspects of the construction project, ensuring quality, compliance, and efficient execution. The role involves coordinating with design teams, supervising site works, and supporting project management in decision-making, planning, and problem resolution
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret design drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and consultants to resolve design and technical issues.
- Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Assist in construction sequencing, method statements, and temporary works planning.
- Conduct site inspections, quality audits, and progress monitoring report findings to management.
- Support cost control by reviewing material usage, workmanship, and variation claims.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical inputs for problem-solving and decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction projects (high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes/regulations.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
