This role offers a unique opportunity to work across Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, delivering impactful projects on a global scale.As our Senior CRM Executive, you will lead CRM initiatives that transform business processes, elevate user experiences, and drive operational efficiency across all markets. You will oversee end-to-end project management, championing technical excellence and collaboration to deliver world-class solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1) CRM Initiatives

  • Partner with affiliates and cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives and ensure smooth adoption.

2) End-to-End Project Management

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications.
  • Implementation & Integration: Customize and integrate SugarCRM with mobile and external systems for seamless functionality.
  • UI Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers to develop user-friendly interfaces tailored to business requirements.
  • System Customization: Tailor CRM systems and mobile apps to meet operational needs.
  • Testing: Conduct comprehensive System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Data Migration: Ensure high-quality, accurate data transfer into the CRM system.
  • Go-live Preparation: Coordinate deployments and ensure readiness for launch.
  • Post Go-live Support: Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and provide continuous system enhancements.

3) Training & Documentation

  • Create detailed user manuals and training materials for CRM platforms and mobile applications.
  • Deliver training sessions to ensuredstakeholders are confident in using the systems.
  • Gather feedback from users and continually refine the experience.

4) Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between external vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, timelines, and deliverables to all stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong experience managing CRM systems, especially SugarCRM or similar platforms.
  • Expertise in mobile app customization and integrations with external systems like ERP solutions.
  • Proficiency in understanding and translating business processes into technical solutions.
  • A detail-oriented, proactive professional with excellent project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling smooth interactions across technical and business teams.
