Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head of Risk Management to establish and optimize the Company's riskmanagement system, improve the quality of credit risk analytics, and ensure therisk management processes in the Company are standardized and systematic inaccordance to the company's risk management philosophy
2. Assist the Head of Risk management to effectively implement and monitor the riskmanagement processes for the subsidiary companies, including formulating andoptimizing the risk control process, regular communication and early warningmechanism for the subsidiaries, implementing centralized credit risk controlfor the subsidiary companies. This include supervision, training and guidancefor the risk control personnel at each subsidiary companies
3. Responsible for the credit evaluation of the Group's trading counterparties, and providerecommendations for the credit ratings, credit terms, credit limits and creditrisk mitigation measures of the trading counterparties in accordance with thecredit framework approved by the Board of Directors, for approval by the SeniorManagement
4. Responsible for the management of trading counterparties credit limit and creditinsurance, collection of market information, timely deactivation of high risktrading counterparties and reducing redundant credit limit, and strive forfavorable credit insurance coverage limit of the company. Responsible for credit management of LCissuing bank and paper broker list
5. Responsible for daily monitoring of the credit status of counterparties, timely reporting abnormal situations to relevant departments and Senior Management, and to report on overdue balances,credit insurance and market developments to the Senior Management on a regular basis
6. Propose effective credit risk mitigation measures when the transaction credit exposure is above the company's risk appetite, and control the credit exposure of all transactions within the riskframework approved by the Company's board of directors and Senior Management
7. Responsible for liaising with relevant departments to carry out thourough evaluation of counterparty guarantee received by the company or subsidiary, and the follow-up monitoring work ofthese guarantees. This includes financing and non-financing guarantees issued by the Company as well
8. Understand legal, compliance and market risk related issues involved in the approval of credit
9. Responsible for maintaining the policy for counterparty guarantee (non-financing), and liaising with the relevant departments to ensure that the policy is up to date
10. Responsible for liaising with the Parent Company's legal and risk Control Department (Risk management)
11. Responsible for the review and research, reporting and emergency treatment of major risk events of the Company
12. Carry out annual risk review and ad-hoc risk assessment of the subsidiaries
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Economics/ Finance/ other numerical discipline or equivalent
2. Min. 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in similar capacity
3. Possesses strong credit risk assessment and decision-making capabilities, particularly in credit approval processes;
4. Demonstrate the following Supply & Trading Competencies:

- Credit Risk Management (Expert Application)
- Other Risk Management (Basic Application)- Quantitative & Analytical Skills (Skillful Application)
5. Excellent people skills and communication skills, strong team player with ability to work collaboratively with external vendor, and internal staff in the Trading, Risk Management, Operations and Finance Departments
6. Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
7. Meticulous, good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities
8. Effectively bilingual in both English and Mandarin (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking associates verbally/ in writing whenever appropriate).
