Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing credit control policies to ensure timely payments and minimize credit risk
• Overseeing and monitoring customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Lead and mentor a team of credit control and collection officers to ensure high performance
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers while effectively managing credit risks and ensuring timely payments
• Any ad-hoc duties as required
