We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Creative Designer to lead visual development across branding, digital campaigns, motion graphics, and video content.
This role requires strong conceptual thinking, excellent design fundamentals, and hands-on capability in motion and video production. You should be confident turning ideas into compelling visual stories across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for branding, campaigns, and marketing materials
- Design high-impact visuals for digital, social media, print, and on-ground activations
- Create motion graphics and animated content for ads, reels, presentations, and digital platforms
- Lead video projects from storyboarding to post-production (editing, basic directing, visual supervision)
- Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs
- Collaborate closely with account, marketing, and production teams
- Present design concepts and rationales clearly to internal teams or clients
Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in creative design (agency experience preferred)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, visual campaigns, motion graphics, and video work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and storytelling
- Experience in video editing and motion animation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Detail-oriented with high creative standards
