Our client is a multi-asset focused fund in Asia (operating globally). As part of a 2030 growth strategy, this newly created role will support transactions teams with a focus on Real Estate and Data Centers.

Role
- This is a strategic role to support business teams across a variety of investments, M&A and general corporate work.
- As a hands on transaction lawyer, you will structure, negotiate and support investment teams on a wide variety of commercial deals
- You will navigate and influence senor stakeholders to ensure local and regional strategic outcomes align with group strategy, this will be closely aligned with the Chief Legal Officers input.
- You will support key business units with regulatory and compliance led matters (regionally).
- As a leader the role will offer ownership and autonomy across the region, as well as a chance to develop into a key people leader.
Requirements
- 10 - 15 PQE
- Looking for lawyers with tier 1 law firm training and relevant in-house experience
- You will possess strong investment led experience, data center deal flow essential
- Your communication skillset will encompass local, regional and international stakeholders
- Stable CVs, driven mentality and excited to take on a challenging role are all expected
